Fashion Plantation Estates Phase II & III is a restricted community, with restrictions enforced by the Homeowners Association. As residents/property owners at Fashion Plantation Estates, we all want to abide by these restrictions in order to maintain the quality of living and the property value of this great community.

Fashion Plantation Estates Phase II & III Tree Removal & Tree Pruning
Please use the link below to see the quote provided by Trinity Tree, LLC for complete tree removal & stump grinding of select trees along South Fashion Blvd. They will also be performing structural pruning to improve overall tree structure, balance, and long-term health of select trees. This will also allow homeowners with RV's to enter and exit the subdivision without damaging their vehicles.
This is why its important to pay your dues! The dues are essential for maintaining the neighborhood and ensuring that it remains a beautiful and enjoyable place to live. A well maintained neighborhood can be directly correlated to property values. Keep in mind, those that pay their dues carry the weight of those who dont! So be a good neighbor and do your part.
Online Payment for 2026 HOA Dues now closed
Payment for HOA Dues were due March 31, 2026. Online payment is closed because late fees have been applied and vary from homeowner to homeowner based on amount due. If you have any questions or need to discuss a payment plan, please contact us at fpestates23@gmail.com.

New HOA Dues invoices will go out the last week of May 2026. Some homeowners will recieve Final Notices prior to further action being taken to recover the outstanding balance.
